From hosting studio shows before a live audience, to anchoring official, live pre-shows during awards season, to countless sit-down interviews with A-list talent – you name it, she’s done it.  Michelle’s versatility and wealth of experience in multiple formats has led her to on-air talent roles for some of the most prominent television and digital platforms in the world, including ESPN, E!, ABC, Associated Press, Yahoo!, Billboard and Rolling Stone. Currently, you can watch Michelle as a recurring guest co-host on ESPN’s talk-variety show, SportsNation, where she discusses sports and pop culture with a social media twist, moderates panel discussions, and interviews celebrity/athlete guests before a live, studio audience.

Over the past five years, Michelle has become a go-to host for live broadcasts and live streams of the biggest events in entertainment. Michelle has been tapped as an official, live red carpet pre-show host for The ESPYs Countdown Show, American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, and was The Asscociated Press’ global, live red carpet anchor covering The Academy Awards and Grammy Awards for two consecutive award seasons. She was also ABC’s backstage digital host for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest and co-hosted The Billboard Music Award’s backstage live stream, which served as a second screen throughout the three-hour telecast.

With a career spanning nearly a decade, Michelle has interviewed the biggest celebrities and athletes in the world including Lady Gaga, George Clooney, LeBron James, Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Aaron Rogers, Ben Affleck, Jon Hamm, Miley Cyrus, Carmelo Anthony, Celine Dion, and Sally Field.  She is a trusted personality within the entertainment, sports and music industries and has developed a solid personal rapport with a variety of talent and their teams through the years.

Michelle has a natural ability to facilitate authentic, candid conversations with almost every person she interviews; capturing the attention of a diverse audience. In December 2013, Michelle joined ESPN as host of the “Guinness Suite,” a weekly SportsCenter interview series, profiling athletes and celebrities.  In ESPN’s brand new suite in Los Angeles, Michelle discussed sports, pop culture and lifestyle topics with some of the best in both worlds.  The on-going series aired weekly on SportsCenter and  It focused on talent with inspirational stories; some who faced adversity, overcoming obstacles in their life.  Shortly there after, Michelle became a regular fill-in for Michelle Beadle, co-hosting SportsNation on ESPN2, alongside Max Kellerman and Marcellus Wiley.

In 2014, Michelle was tapped to join an all-star team of ESPN broadcasters as a co-host of the “ESPYs Countdown Show,”  a two-hour red carpet pre-show airing live on ESPN.  She shared co-hosting duties with NBA star, Nick “Swaggy P” Young of the LA Lakers to discuss fashion, as guest stopped by the ‘Quicksilver 360 Cam’ to show off their style.  They also interviewed celebrities and athletes and presented ESPYs hardware to Colin Kapernick and Maria Shirapova.

In 2015, Michelle made her acting debut with a cameo appearance as a sports broadcaster on Key and Peele’s East/West Bowl – Pro Edition comedy sketch, co-anchoring alongside NFL Network’s Eric Davis.  The iconic sketch aired over Super Bowl weekend on Comedy Central’s  ‘Key and Peele Super Bowl Special,’ generating national buzz, going viral with 5-million online views, just days before it’s TV debut.


E!STUDIOAs an entertainment news anchor and correspondent since 2007, Michelle has covered nearly every major entertainment event and red carpet across the country. From 2011–2014, Michelle was a host at E! Entertainment for their daily, online news show – “E! News Now.  As a recurring studio anchor, she delivered breaking entertainment news for the award-winning series, generating millions of daily views. In 2013, Michelle was a guest co-host of nationally syndicated talk show, Maury, and was a contributing panelist on “The Yo Show” – Yahoo!’s daily pop culture roundtable series.

From 2011–2013, Michelle was a studio anchor and red carpet correspondent for “The Daily Buzz” – a live, entertainment news talk show for Buzzmedia. She moderated live commentary between editorial panelists in-studio and guest experts via Skype, and conducted celebrity interviews.  As their correspondent, she also covered various award shows and events, including The Golden Globes, Emmys, VMAs, Twilight’s ‘Breaking Dawn 2’ and ‘The Host’ Live Stream Premieres.  She was also the co-host of “The B-Cap,” a weekly TV-recap studio show.


As one of the first hosts to interview Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Neyo, and Jason DeRulo, Michelle has profiled numerous musicians across all genres – covering milestone moments and following them along their journey to mainstream success. Her long-standing relationships with artists and label execs and distinct passion for music led her to on-air talent roles for two of the most respected publications in the industry – Billboard and Rolling Stone.

Michelle is currently a host for Rolling Stone, covering various events.  In 2015, she was their host at the “Rolling Stone x Merrell Sundance Lounge,” where she sat down with musicians and actors during the film festival. She also sat down with The Weeknd for a one-on-one before his performance at “The Rolling Stone x Google Play Grammys event,” and served as their red carpet correspondent.

photo 2In 2013, Michelle began working with Billboard as the official, pre-show host for The Billboard Music Awards.  As the first stop for all the stars, Michelle interviewed the biggest chart-toppers in the industry, holding it down as the only blue carpet anchor during the two-hour live stream.  Michelle also joined Billboard’s editorial director, Bill Werde, to co-host The Billboard Music Awards Backstage Live Stream, following her red carpet duties. Throughout the three-hour ABC broadcast, Michelle and Bill discussed all-things music, interviewed performers and nominees, and engaged millions of fans through real-time social media interaction, as ABC’s second screen call to action. Michelle served as Billboard’s Grammy red carpet after-party correspondent and covered Sundance in 2014 as Billboard’s host of the ‘Billboard x Sonos Lounge.”

In 2013, Michelle hosted “The Evolution Of,” a digital MTV VMAs promo, similar to Behind the Music.  The series profiled the careers of Taylor Swift, One Direction, and Carly Rae Jepsen.  Later that year, Michelle was the host and producer of the Life is Beautiful Festival documentary, where she covered many facets of the festival – music, art, culinary and lifestyle. In 2011, Michelle was the livestream host for Rock the Bells Music Festival, where she interviewed old-school hip hop artists and new MC’s including Kendrick Lamar, Bone Thugs and Harmony, Common and more.

From 2011-2012, Michelle was a correspondent and producer for VIBE, covering Coachella, BET Awards, and The ESPYs. Concurrently, Michelle was tapped as a host, creator, producer, and talent booker for her first first in-studio music interview series on You Tube’s popular entertainment channel, Clevver Music.

In 2011, Michelle was ABC’s official digital host for the iconic show, Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest,’ where she interviewed performers backstage and rang in the New Year with the likes of Drake, Avril Lavigne, Jason Derulo and Neyo.  A few months prior, Michelle co-hosted the ‘American Music Awards Live Red Carpet Pre-Show,’  holding down the arrivals stage and representing VEVO as a music expert, in partnership with Dick Clark Productions. She also served as the AMAs’ official backstage correspondent, sitting down with presenters and musicians, following their win. Michelle was also the first on-air talent for VEVO NEWS, serving as their red carpet correspondent in 2010-2011, covering the CMAs in Nashville, People’s Choice Awards, and the official VEVO AMA’s after party.


disneyIn October 2015, Michelle was asked to host a special evening for YPO – Young President’s Organization, where she conducted a live, in-depth interview with Jason Collins. In 2014, Michelle co-hosted Disney’s ‘Million Dollar Arm Pitching Competition,’ a live event that took over Hollywood Boulevard to kick off the film’s world premiere. During LA’s All-Star Weekend in 2011, Michelle was Nike’s live host for “Los Fearless Tournament” and “Fight Night at the Montalban.”  She was also tapped as the live emcee and host for Believe Entertainment’s animated series, The LeBrons,’ where she sat down for a one-on-one with LeBron James.


about-yahooFrom 2011-2013, Michelle was a recurring host of  “Yahoo Sports Minute” – the #1 online sports show on Yahoo!.  In 2011, Michelle made headlines as a special correspondent for Yahoo! Sports, where she secured an exclusive, sit-down interview with Carmelo Anthony moments before his trade to the NY Knicks. She was also a special correspondent for Y! Sports Super Bowl XLV coverage in Dallas, earlier that year.  From 2008-2010, was the host and producer of Y! Sports’ lifestyle channel partner – Young Hollywood. Delivering newsworthy and sports-lifestyle content for Y! Sports’ editorial cycle, Michelle conducted several of one-on-one interviews with athletes, profiling their life off the field.  She was also fixture covering various sporting events including Super Bowl, NBA All-Star Weekend, The Rose Bowl, ESPYs, X-Games, Celebrity Golf Tournaments, Charity Basketball Games, BTS on Commercials, and more.

From 2007-2010, she helped the company develop from the ground up and became an integral part in their growth as an entertainment brand. She was vital to the shape of video content direction, helping them curate a programming slate – from set visits, to event coverage to in-depth profile interview segments, Michelle traveled around the country as their lead talent. She was at the forefront of new media, staying ahead of the curve by hosting and producing premium digital content before the rise of online video.  Michelle wore multiple hats – she secured access to events and talent, and conducted hundreds of interviews as the host, writer and producer of each of her segments.  She was also a key contributor to executing YH’s marketing and branded content plans, and worked closely with executives and media partners to distribute weekly content.  Michelle’s work for YH was consistently syndicated across a multitude of major outlets, both broadcast and online and she also helped launch their first long-form series on Hulu, as the host, writer and producer of ‘Beyond the Athlete’ and ‘Backstage Pass.’

Prior to Young Hollywood, Michelle was the co-host of “Street Tuner Challenge” on FOX’s SPEED Channel.  From 2004 to 2007, Michelle traveled across the nation as a live emcee, narrator and spokesperson, representing major corporations in the automotive, electronics, gaming and music industries including Tecmo, Yamaha, VOLVO, Magnaflow, Suzuki, Sanyo and Sharp Electronics.


Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, studied Broadcast Journalism at UCLA, and is a Southern California native. Michelle has been an entertainer since early childhood. Michelle developed a passion for music and dance at the age of 5. Classically trained in piano and violin, Michelle began showcasing her talent at concert recitals, developing a strong affinity for music and performance. Concurrently, Michelle trained in Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, and Tap, and continued to pursue her passion for the art throughout her teenage years, excelling as a competitive dancer. As a national dance team member and co-captain of the California Dance Academy, Michelle’s leadership skills began to evolve, soon becoming the source of her passion and competitive drive. After winning numerous awards over the years at national dance competitions with her team, Michelle pursued a career as a professional dancer and landed a dance agent at 16-years-old. After a short stint working on commercials, live shows, and music videos for artists like 50 Cent and Beyonce, Michelle’s transition into TV broadcasting became a no-brainer. Her passion for performing in front of a live audience parlayed onto the TV screen and her love of being on stage continues to grow throughout the years.

With Spanish, Filipino, Italian and Hawaiian roots, Michelle’s unique and exotic look has always sparked curiosity.
